Submit a return request

To make a return, please contact us by email. We attach great importance to your comments. So please indicate the reason for the return, which will help us improve your future shopping experiences. Once we receive your email, we will guide you through the return process.

Print the return label

Print and securely attach the provided return label to the outside of your return package. You can then drop off the package at the post office nearest to you to have it shipped. The first return for each order is free. Any item in its original condition is eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. To reduce additional shipping costs and the environmental impact of multiple returns, we recommend consolidating the items you wish to return. Make sure to send the package within 14 days of sending your return request.

Get immediate reshipment

If your order is eligible for Ozerty's Purchase Protection Program, we will promptly reship your item(s) to you at our own expense. You will receive confirmation when the reshipment has been completed and we will make sure to prioritize your package over other orders so that you receive it as quickly as possible.
