The order is processed between 1 and 6 business days and the standard delivery time is 3 to 7 business days .
If it's been less than 14 working days , you just need to be a little more patient, your item is on its way!
If your entire order has still not arrived after up to 14 business days , please contact us so we can investigate the tracking number and reship your items if necessary.
To track your order, click the Track my order link and enter your tracking code. It was sent to you by email within 6 days of your purchase.

At the moment, we only deliver to France and the United Arab Emirates. We are working on opening other stores for other countries.
